It turns out that if you let laser-etched chocolate cool for a day, it looks much better. Looks like the laser actually did etch through the dark chocolate layer…that’s the white chocolate underneath that you’re seeing.
It got bumped a bit in transit, but it still came out pretty sharp. Looking forward to experimenting with this more in the future.
